The
Latin American current statistics of migration shows growing
tendency of professionals leaving their country of origin for
several reasons, many of them end up working in different
positions to theirs , in a world on which globalization imposes
new rules for professional performing ; it will be worthwhile to
achieve through the appropriate and existent tools, the
execution of regulatory standards as well as other colleagues
professional ethical codes, this will allow the new “foreigner”
the possibility of his professional practice under comparable
existing conditions"
